Our learning in Our National Conference this 2020

 Today is our National Conference in Corbridge,

This year is my 4th National Conference working as Medical Representative in Corbridge Group Phils., Inc.

I just want to tell a story when I started working in Corbridge, the trainer asked us what do we expect working in this company, I took my chance and force myself to answer because I really believe as my faith that the Lord lead me to this company to work, I raised my hands and stood up and answer in most persuasive voice " It is a life changing career."

likewise I want to tell you the history why did I end up working in this company, It was my birthday when someone I decided and that the Lord let me resign from my previous work, because of these events.

2 weeks before the company announces its hiring for a position of territory manager in Bataan, my sister's brother in law is actually working in this company, and that he is asking me if I am interested in the position, I have actually have a little advantage of getting the position since I am sort of related to the person already working in the company, coming back to the story, I answered him no in getting and if I am interested working, this is because I am already working in a company and that I am starting to enjoy my work and with the colleagues I am with, but the problem is that previous company offer so little company that I barely save any amount for my future, one week had passed and that my sister's brother in law asked me again if I am still interested in the position, after a day he actually called me and that he presented benefits and opportunity working as a Medical Representative,  my family persuasively agreed in this benefits and it may not be that high in terms of salary but it is way better that my current work that time.

I prayed that night to God, the day before my birthday two days passed after the last time the company called to me asking for the position, night comes of my birthday my mother asked me again I really sure about my decision of taking that work, and that I answered yes, I want that work already.

Why, because I prayed to God that night before that " Lord, I you really want me to work in this company, give me a sign, If someone in my family again asked me to work there, and that you really want me to work in this company and this will make a tremendous change in my life in the future." true enough after four years working, challenges has came, so much frustrations and disappointments came, I can still say that this company changes a lot of me.

Just to confirm that  Lord really want me to work here is because, that day I said, I want it already, my mother asked my sister to call immediately her brother in law, but to their frustration the answer from her brother in law was the position is already been took by someone already, has been interviewed and took the exam and that the person is schedule to final interview the coming day, this is how the Lord works and that I really know that it is possible anything with the Lord, my sister say to her brother in law that I want the work already and decided will take it, and that it is my birthday, I am not proud of saying that someone turned down because of my sudden decision but I am seeing it as the Lord confirmation that the Lord really want me to work here in the company.

I really do not know that time that someone's was turned down for the position after a year working, Ate Rona who is my counterpart after a year working is the one the boss turned down for the position I am with for a year, the boss said the day before her final interviewed informed her that the company is cancelling her  final interview because the position has already been filled already and that they are not hiring anymore, this happen because my sister's brother in law who is working in the company called the HR department that he has someone to fill to the position, and the he will be one assisting for my interview and examinations.

Lastly for this story, I am thankful that I was able to tell this story in this flat form and that I had shared some of my experience working in this company , before I even resign this coming year because of my plan of studying law, I want to give credits to all the people I owe something in terms of learning, financial blessings and all the things that made me improve my self.

The president of the company, my bosses from national territory, regionals sales manager who is my sister's brother in law, my district manager and all my colleagues in the region. What Corbridge really I am grateful for is that it very Christ Centered, people are believer of Jesus Christ, we have the culture of praying, asking the help of the Lord thru Jesus Christ and all the motivation coming from the word of the Lord, I really do believe that the Lord lead me to this company for my betterment.
